120 days down, 245 to go.
So I just landed in Miami and already my schedule is packed and I'm backed up before I hit the hotel and take a shower. First check in at the Gansevort. Second meet up for dinner at STK. Third head on over to club LIV and join a table party already in progress. Bearing in mind I got to my hotel at about 12am after an all day flight, I don't think I can pull an all-nighter. Lets see how long I last.
However tonight's painting will be of what I get into tonight but what most of my day was spent doing...flying. So I will be painting clouds because after one layover in Chicago Midway, I ended up spending about 8 hours in the clouds. Also since I flew for most of daylight, the sun blazing and it gave the clouds a yellowish hue as we flew over them. Thus my cloud for today will be painted yellow.

My bags are packed, my abs are stacked and my batteries are charged all the way up, ready to take on Miami. All week I've been taking it slow as to not burn myself out before this weekend. Although I still had a stacked schedule, I made sure to delegate my time as best I could to leave me will a good night's rest each day. Today was no different and I can confidently say that I am ready to for whatever Miami brings.
So to mark the fact that I am fully packed, stacked and charged up, I will be painting the final energy bar into my battery.

With my impending Miami trip this weekend looming on the horizon, I had no choice but to hit the gym hardcore today. Since today was the last available day I had to workout, I had to make it count. After all, I wanna look the part while getting my tan on pool side in South Beach. So I made sure I gat those abs and cepts (bi & tri) cracking before I left the gym today and my regiment was all about that. I can definitely see the difference. I mean normally I am fit by today I gat those so called 'Washboard Abs' and I couldn't look any sexier even if I was dipped in chocolate. So I'm pleased with the results and I'm ready to test drive my beach body on South Beach.
So for today's painting, I will be painting another strength triangle. But this time the color will be a chocolaty medium brown/burnt sienna color for two reasons. The first being because I think chocolate is sexy and I look pretty darn sexy right about now, and the second being the fact that is closely resembles my skin color which also happens to resemble chocolate. Now the sexiness has come full circle...lol.

I'm not a betting guy but if I was, I'd put all I had on Floyd Mayweather to defeat Sugar Shane Mosley. I also predict it will last all 12 rounds possibly with a knockdown. Let's face it, Shane is a formidable opponent, perhaps Floyd's most formidable opponent to date. So I don't thinks its gonna be an easy victory for Floyd. You should already sense by now that I am a boxing fan and will be glued to my TV set somewhere in Miami watching the fight live. If I didn't have to be in Miami this weekend, I's be in Vegas right in that arena.
So to solidify my prediction and have it set in stone or perhaps in canvas, I will be painting Floyd Mayweather's initials 'FM' unto my boxing glove that was formally of Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey's epic battle from day 72. This is a prime example of how my painting evolves from day today. If you missed a previously addition, it might be gone tomorrow or better yet taken another shape and become something entirely different. So it is important to follow my journey from day to day as to not miss any part of this exciting and evolving work of art.

116 days down, 249 to go.
So yesterday, I began charging up for he hectic week I have ahead. Today was a little light as I got a few things out of the way earlier in the day. That meant I could kick back for the rest of the day under a tree out in my local park and gather my thoughts for the week ahead. Did I mention I will be heading to South Beach for 4 days. Thus I'm gonna need all the energy I can get because I do not foresee me sleeping much in South Beach. Also gat to hit the gym hard core for the next few days so I'm in tip top shape for Miami.
Today's addition won't be any different from yesterdays. I'm gonna charge up some more because I'm definitely gonna need all the natural caffeine that I can get. So I will be adding yet another energy bar to my battery.

115 days down, 250 to go.
Looking at the week I have ahead of me, I really need to get my batteries charged up to tackle it. From studio sessions to a grueling fitness and diet regiment to meetings with my lawyers and management to selecting the artwork for my official single release to a four day trip to Miami, I just might need to clone myself to handle all these. So that's why I gat to get a good night's rest today and make sure I am well rested for tomorrow and the days to follow.
Thus for today's painting, I will be adding another energy bar to my battery from day 92 to express my urgent need for a good deal amount of energy reserves in order to last me through this week from Monday all the way til' my Miami trip and back.

Earth Week is a week-long (or longer) celebration of the Earth and the environment, in order to get environmental sustainability into the hearts and minds of people, and to have a ton of fun at the same time.
Earth Week 2010 began April 17th and runs through 25th. As my contribution to Earth Week, I started incorporating Tofu into my diet and cutting off meat. That's my way of doing a little to help out the environment and I have to say I'm very glad I did. Tofu is pretty darn good when you cook it right so I am confident in saying that it's gonna be a staple of my diet hence forth. It is important that whatever changes we implement in our lifestyles to mark Earth Week be continued long after Earth Week is over. It should be a lifestyle resolution that we intend to keep for the long haul.
So in honor of earth week, I have decided to paint a green globe unto my mosaic. You will notice that part of this globe is behind bars. This is my way of illustrating how nature is suffering behind the bars of corporate greed and the pollution as it reeks on the environment. I guess what I am saying with today's addition is the earth as we know and live in it is practically being held back from it's full beauty and glory by our rampant pollution. Time to make a change people.

113 days down, 252 to go.
As the title of today's post conveys, today was a very sunny day and what else is there to do but to get my fitness on. So instead of going to the gym and hitting the treadmill, I decided to enjoy the sunshine and run around my neighborhood instead. So I got to work up a sweat as the sun baked my skin and miles piled up. Although I'd rather run in the gym on a treadmill because it shows me exactly what I have burnt and how far I've run (my fitness stats) it was nice to do something different for a change.
So today's painting is gonna be of my strength triangle but this time in bright orange to represent the sun.

I guess nobody told me that a new $100 was unveiled earlier this week because I just found out today. Well better late than sorry because this is a huge deal for me. I LOVE $100 bills because of all the wonderful things it can buy you. Did you know that the hundred dollar bill hasn't been changed since 1996. It's been nicknamed the "super dollar" and has some pretty high-tech features that took over a decade of research to develop. Those features include a 3-D security ribbon on the front, which has images of bells and 100s that move and change as you tilt the bill.
The note also has a feature dubbed "The Bell in the Inkwell," an image of the Liberty Bell that changes color from copper to green when the bill is tilted, making it look as if the bell is appearing and disappearing in an inkwell next to Ben Franklin's portrait. All those features are to stop counterfeiters, who've used everything from new digital technology to old-fashioned printing presses to make fake bills. Three security features from the old design are staying: a watermark of Ben Franklin's face, a security thread and the number 100 that shifts in color. Sadly the new bills wont be issued til next February.
So for today's addition, I will be adding my version of a hundred dollar bill to my painting. And as I look at the painting right now, I already see the prefect rectangle that can hold my hundred dollar bill.

The rains came down again today but this time, not is a steady pour but is sharp bursts throughout the day. And that's it...if you are expecting something more, I'm sorry that's all I gat for today. It was a pretty uneventful day besides the rain of course.
So yet again today, I will be adding another raindrop to my painting. It would be interesting to see how many raindrops my painting has accumulated at the end of the year. Perhaps this could stand as kind of an artistic measure of the years precipitation. Eat your heart out Dallas Rains...if that's even really your name.
